The Restaurants Canada (RC) Show is Canada’s largest annual foodservice and hospitality trade-show held in Toronto, Ontario. The RC Show is dedicated to creating networking and sales opportunities between vendors and buyers within the food service industry. The RC Show is being held on March 1-3 at the Enercare Centre, Toronto starting at 10am.

The show will offer three days of non-stop business-building action including a dynamic trade show floor with seven stages hosting over 150 speakers, six competitions, three leadership conferences and four networking events. With 20,000 industry professionals in attendance, this annual event provides thought leadership and education, boasting 250,000 square feet of the latest product innovation and culinary events designed to inspire and motivate by showcasing cutting-edge products, pioneering influencers and transformative ideas.

2019 Ontario Pavilion

The RC Show will feature an Ontario Pavilion, presented by OMAFRA, comprised of 40 food and beverage processors who will be exhibiting to profile and promote their Ontario-made products to the industry. The featured products at the pavilion will comprise of artisan foods, supplied by innovative and small-batch producers.

The Business Development Branch (BDB) of OMAFRA will host several US/International buyers at the show. This event enables these buyers to meet with Ontario agri-food businesses to generate trade opportunities while also serving to promote Ontario as a leading food sourcing region. The Restaurants Canada show attracts 75% of the top 100 foodservice companies in Canada and is visited by over 12,000 qualified buyers.

The highlight features of the Ontario Pavilion at the RC Show 2020 include:

  • Local Stage – This stage will serve to host chefs and facilitate farmer collaborations to highlight the best of local food and drink, while demonstrating the positive impact local food can have on the community.
  • Culinary Demos – These demos will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn from chefs who have weaved their traditions with emerging culinary trends using local ingredients.
  • Competitions – Friendly competitions among culinary enthusiasts with a chance to win the title and several prizes.
