BR+E Training Sessions – Starting April 30!

Is your community planning to engage with businesses in your community or start a Business Retention and Expansion (BR+E) project this year? Plan to attend the upcoming BR+E training sessions to learn about best practices for engaging the businesses in your community.  The BR+E program allows participants to learn ways to improve their community to make it a great place for businesses.

This 3-part interactive virtual training series will take place in late April and May 2025:

  • Session 1 Wednesday, April 30 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Session 2 Wednesday, May 7 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Session 3 Wednesday, May 14 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

A structured BR+E process can help identify actions to support local businesses and foster growth by:

  • prioritizing business engagement
  • identifying key challenges and opportunities
  • providing insight to develop long-term goals and actions

BR+E fundamentals which include the four stages of the Ontario BR+E process will be covered in this training.
